Maggie Radcliffe was the editor of the Broadchurch Echo. She had many old friends in the journalism business who she didn't hesitate to call on when she needed help finding information. Maggie was a loyal person, and wanted to work with the police on the investigation into the Broadchurch murder, rather than against them. She got Olly Stevens to apologise to the police after leaking information about the identity of the victim early, yet she wasn't afraid to take matters into her own hands, researching Susan Wright and cornering her so the police could come and arrest her. She is attracted to Jocelyn, and kisses her after Jocelyn declares her love for her. It is implied during the third season that Maggie and Jocelyn are still together and even living together.
